Teletrack
Project:
Facilitec was retained to provide turnkey relocation services for Teletrack, a credit reporting agency, taking a full floor of office space at The Summit in Norcross.
Challenges:
To provide seamless, mission critical relocation of a 1,700 s.f. data center with supplemental air, generator power and FM200 fire protection as well as doubling the staff office area and creating a sophisticated work environment for employees.
Solutions:
Facilitec designed the space to flow from one area to another but with strategically placed partitions to create identity for various departments. The interior design reflected a palate of neutral warm tones with texture and pattern used to provide visual interest.
Through weekly integrated meetings with the Client, Contractor, Building Management, Client’s Vendors and Facilitec Team members, the relocation was accomplished on time and within the established budget. The Client as well as all Data Center Operations moved over one weekend and were open for business at 8:00 am the following Monday
According to Fran Bridwell of Teletrack, “Thanks to [Facilitec’s] efforts, we moved in on our original target date(set four months earlier), our office and modular furniture was all in and we were ready to work on our first day in the office following our move. We could not have accomplished this without Facilitec’s project management.”
