President Financial
Project:
To create a corporate image that conveys both the stability of a financial institution as well as a leader in their industry. Also to provide a working environment that offers open collaboration and interaction.
Challenges:
The project was on a tight time frame from the beginning. The moving schedule was escalated to meet their needs. They ran into the possible lease hold over issues due to the building of choice having problems which caused them to go back to the market. Once in the market, they had little time to make choices.
Solutions:
Working to meet time frames meant long hours and multiple meetings to insure the needs of the employees were met. Glass walls, disking systems and light insured the working environment would continue the growth they have been enjoying since their change in ownership.
