Innotrac
Project:
Facilitec was retained to provide turnkey relocation services for Innotrac. Innotrac’s decision to move to smaller facility, without their warehouse component, lead them to select a top full floor office space in Johns Creek Technology Office Park.
Challenges:
Many of the building elements on the floor included high end finishes. A large custom reception desk, marble flooring and wood paneled walls were all items planned to be reused in the build-out. Making these items look fresh and new were key drivers in the design process.
Solutions:
Designed a workspace with new furnishings that met the image and culture of the organization and enhanced the employees commitment to the organization.
