Multiple assignments throughout the Southeast. Facilitec teamed up with Hendrick to work on the corporate headquarters where Hendrick was responsible for the architectural design. Facilitec focused on the furniture, project management, and associated logistical services.
Challenges:
To be an extension of HomeBanc Facilities Services. This includes the management of cost, scheduling, and expectations of HomeBanc staffing for projects in Georgia, Florida, and other states as HomeBanc continues its national expansion.
Solution:
Facilitec has been involved in consolidations and relocation of facilities for HomeBanc that include their headquarters and other regional facilities.
