Facilitec was engaged under a continued relationship with Harry Norman Realtors to relocate their headquarters with a build-to-suit project team.
Challenges:
Create a two-story corporate office space that still draws clientele and serves in a residential market while houses a conducive workspace for 200+ brokers
Solutions:
Design the building as if it was a multi-tenant to help divde the corporate entity for the real estate side. In addition, the provides flexibilty as the company changes to rework the floors as needed.
Create a sophisicated classy corporate space that provides funtionality needed for a high traffic office yet has the aesthetic appeal that relates to their customers.
Design a productive work environment through multi-functional meeting rooms and work rooms for those touch-and-go staff members.
