Project:
To assist EMC and their real estate team in determining if they should redesign their current location and renew their lease, or relocate to a new facility
Challenges:
How to transfer a 24/7 facility, should a relocation actually occur. Create a team environment for each product group as well as a customer center and data warehouse.
Solutions:
We designed a new facility that reduced their 105, 000 SF to 86,000 SF and addressed the issue with an open environment to include a cafe, workout facility, 11' foot ceilings, with a single phase relocation that included no down time.
