Call Center for a telecommuncations company
Challenges:
Interaction of supervisors and staff for monitoring working performance. Mission critical operation required backup power and redundant fiber optic service to ensure continuous operation in the event of a power outage.
Solutions:
Integration of workstations and strategic placement of glass panels allow supervisors to monitor staff from their workspace. Indirect, pendant lighting provides a soft, glare-free environment for intensive computer interaction. A large and comfortable break area provides relief for agents without leaving the premises. A generator was installed for supplemental power requiring careful coordination of site, path into and though building and alarm controls in data center.
