About Us
Using the disciplines of Interior Architecture and Design and Relocation Management, Facilitec was formed in 1991 to assist businesses in the process of determining the best solution for changes in their work environment. Once the solution is determined, Facilitec guides clients through the entire process of workplace design, furniture purchase and placement, and the logistics of moving into a new workplace. Because of this turnkey approach, Facilitec has been awarded projects across the country with some of America's most recognizable companies. Our staff has been involved in projects ranging in size from a few hundred square feet to over 500,000 square feet.
Facilitec's understanding of the commercial real estate process enables us to assist our clients with their workplace change. Our goal is to understand the client's needs then structure our team to successfully interface with the client, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all objectives—budget, function, and atmosphere—are met.
