Create a new headquarters for Realm Advertising,
evoking creativity and serenity in the new space.
Challenges:
Realm Advertising is a growing company who desires a
space that reflects the diversity and creativity of the
people that make it work. Facilitec was challenged
with the creation of an environment unlike anything
else, unique and varied.
Solutions:
FUse of uncommon materials and textures are apparent
from the front entrance. They draw the eye through
the reception and beyond into the 40’ glass-enclosed
conference room. Custom millwork and cabinetry
were designed to give the space a tailored and unique
look and varying ceiling heights and exposed areas
are mimicked in the flooring in the hallway near
the open workstations. The result is a creative and
individualized workplace. This new space provides all
involved the tools and inspiration to be dynamic in
the world of advertising.
