Project:

Relocate ADVA’s US headquarters to a larger facility to include future expansion space and a new shipping/receiving area.

Challenges:

To create a cohesive work environment that included a large data center, small and large lab areas and a new shipping/receiving area. Many electrical and mechanical requirements drove the budget on the design and relocation.

Solutions:

The project location required two buildings to incorporate ADVA’s expanding team. Facilitec was able to utilize many existing building elements, including the large data center, to spread the budget on specialty items such as upgraded carpet, light fixtures and signage.
